1. Service Description

NSRoute (nsroute.com) is an AI-powered HGV route planning tool that provides estimated route costs, toll calculations, fuel costs, driving ban information, and oversized transport permit guidance for European trucking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using NSRoute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

• Free Tier: Basic route planning with estimated costs. No registration required.
• Pro Tier: Enhanced features including unlimited routes, PDF export, and priority updates. Requires subscription.
• Business Tier: API access, fleet management, and team features. Requires subscription.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy

IMPORTANT: All route calculations, toll estimates, fuel costs, permit requirements, and driving time estimates provided by NSRoute are approximate estimates only. They are NOT guaranteed to be accurate and should NOT be relied upon as the sole basis for transport decisions.

• Actual toll rates may differ from estimates due to rate changes, route variations, or toll system specifics
• Fuel prices change frequently and may not reflect current market prices
• Driving ban schedules may vary by region, season, or special circumstances
• Permit requirements and timelines vary by authority and season
• Route distances and times are calculated by third-party routing engines and may differ from actual conditions

Always verify critical information with official sources (toll operators, transport authorities, permit offices) before executing transport.

5. Limitation of Liability

NSRoute and its operator (NoStressStudio) shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from inaccurate cost estimates
• Penalties or fines resulting from incorrect driving ban or permit information
• Route deviations, delays, or accidents
• Loss of data stored in browser localStorage
• Third-party service outages (OpenRouteService, Nominatim, etc.)

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use NSRoute for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Overload the service with automated requests (rate limits apply)
• Redistribute NSRoute's data or functionality without permission
• Use the API (when available) beyond your subscription limits

7. Intellectual Property

NSRoute's software, design, and branding are the property of NoStressStudio. Route data is sourced from OpenStreetMap (ODbL license) and third-party toll databases.

8. Subscription Terms (Paid Tiers)

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU) — waived upon first use of the service after purchase, with your explicit consent
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Free tier users may be rate-limited or restricted during high demand periods.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rzeszow, Poland, unless EU consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
